package.json: pinia 升至 ^4.0.2、typescript 升至 ^6.0.3
package.json: vite 升至 8、commitlint 升至 ^21、stylelint 系列升至最新
package.json: vxe-table 降级至 ~4.6.25
pnpm-lock.yaml: 重新生成锁文件
vite.config.ts: JSON 导入加 with type json 适配 Vite 8
